Cyberjaya On Campus Hostel
MMU provides an on campus hostel option in Cyberjaya with published deposit terms. This option is designed for students who want to stay close to campus.
- Benefit: On campus placement and campus proximity
- Deposit: Security deposit RM 250 and one month pre payment based on room type
- Estimated rate: Hostel RM 250 to RM 350 per month (2 to 3 persons per room)
Melaka On Campus Hostel
MMU provides an on campus hostel option in Melaka with listed room and common area amenities. This option supports basic student living with campus managed security.
- Facilities: Closet, study tables, double decker bed, free Wi Fi or internet access, fan, book rack, shoe rack
- Common facilities: Common room with television, common washing machine, 24 hour security
- Estimated rate: Hostel RM 210 to RM 270 per month (2 to 3 persons per room)
Mutiara Ville
This off campus option is listed by MMU with walking distance guidance and a shuttle bus service schedule. It is structured for longer tenancy with deposit requirements.
- Tenancy: Minimum 12 months, and short term rental less than 1 year is 20 percent higher
- Distance and transport: Walking distance 900 meter, shuttle bus service available to and fro MMU 3 times daily
- Deposits and admin: 2 months security deposit, 1 month utility deposit, admin fee RM 150 per student
