Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand is a culinary and hospitality management institute based in central Wellington, offering New Zealand Qualifications Framework programmes from short certificates through to a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. It provides hands on culinary training in specialised cuisine and pâtisserie kitchens, supported by lecture theatres with demonstration areas and a licensed training restaurant.
