International College of Manitoba (ICM) is a pathway college located on the University of Manitoba campus in Winnipeg, Manitoba, designed to help international students progress to an undergraduate degree at the University of Manitoba. ICM offers a Foundation Program (UTP Stage I), International Year One pathways (UTP Stage II pathways by faculty), and an Extended International Year One option, with structured academic preparation and transition support. Students study in Winnipeg and can access support services and university resources while preparing to enter second year at the University of Manitoba after meeting progression requirements.
