- Expansion of Offerings: Grew from offering English Language courses (ELICOS) in 2006 to providing Vocational Education and Training (VET), Professional Year Programs, and Higher Education degrees (undergraduate and postgraduate) through various group entities.

- Innovation in Online Learning: Acquired IT Masters, an online delivery partner of Charles Sturt University, to expand its online education offerings and develop its own platform, ECA Online (EOL).
