Founded in 1912

originally known as Collingwood Technical School and later expanding into one of Victoria’s major TAFE and higher education institutions.

Melbourne Polytechnic is a large provider of vocational and higher education in Melbourne offering practical industry-relevant training across a wide range of fields including business, IT, hospitality and creative arts. For international students it delivers both hands-on skills and degree pathways, enabling students to gain employable capabilities in a supportive environment.
